Why Hasn’t My Withdrawal Arrived

1. The withdrawal is still processing

Log in to your BINANCE TH account and click [Wallet] - [Transaction History] to view your cryptocurrency withdrawal record. If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Processing”, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed.

2. The withdrawal has been completed

If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Completed”, it means that your funds have been sent out successfully. You can click to check the transaction details. Please check with the receiving exchange or wallet using the TxID.

Please make sure that the receiving platform/wallet supports the token you are withdrawing and the network you are using. If you are unsure, please check with the receiving platform/wallet before making a withdrawal, or your assets might be lost and cannot be recovered.

3. Confirmation Time

Confirmation time is defined as the time elapsed between the moment a blockchain transaction is submitted to the network and the time it is finally recorded into a confirmed block. In other words, it represents the total time a user has to wait until their transaction gets collected and confirmed. When a transaction is made on a blockchain network, it needs to be verified by a network of nodes before it can be added to the blockchain. which can take time depending on the network's congestion. Once a transaction is verified and added to the blockchain, it is considered to be confirmed.

Note: The duration of the aforementioned transaction depends on the number of block confirmations required by the recipient's platform.
